What we keep
- If you create an account: your email, a hashed password (never the password itself), your username, country and date of birth and, if you choose, your first and last name.
- When you play: your match results for the ranking (username, points, match stats) and your in-game look (avatar, outfit, racket).
- In your browser: your preferences and, if you sign in, a session cookie. See cookies. No advertising cookies.
- If you write to support: your message and, if you give it, your email, only to handle your report.
- Usage measurement, only if you accept analytics cookies: Google Analytics records how the site and the game are used (pages visited, game modes, matches played, device type and approximate country). We never send your name, email or account to it.
What for
- To keep your account, your player and your ranking on any device.
- To show the public ranking (only your username and your results are public).
- To send your account emails (confirm your email, reset your password) through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which only receives your email address, your username and the message.
- To email you news and tournaments only if you opted in with the checkbox. We only offer it to adults (18+). You can stop them anytime from your profile or the link in each email.
We don't sell your data. Google (Analytics, if you accept it) and, in the future, an email service only receive what they need for that job.
How long
As long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it, we erase your personal data; ranking results may remain anonymously.
Your rights
You can see and fix your details in My profile, and ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by writing to hola@tennishero.io.
